Boo to You

I am not very "in" to Halloween. I don't do scary and gory in any mediums. I am much more a fluffy bunny type of a girl.
However, when I saw the "Howl-o-ween treat" stamp set and the matching "boo to you" framelits my thoughts went instantly to my children when they were small and the tales of Meg and Mog. It was enough to tempt me into to buying the bundle and I had great fun with it. The owl on his own nestled amongst leaves from the vintage leaves bundle makes a cute birthday card for any age.

The addition of primary colours creates a tribute to Meg and Mog and owl. Only the stripy tights are missing. I love stripy tights.

My son-in-law has a passion for all things pirate, so with him in mind the skull and cross bones become a Jolly Roger.

And my children were the first generation to experience and love Harry Potter - something they haven't lost. So Gryffindor colours and a sorting hat made a great card for someone starting out in a new school. Have you ever thought what house the sorting hat would place you in. I have no doubts I would be in Hufflepuff.

I had a lovely time playing with this bundle - and with nothing scary or gory in sight.

If you do celebrate all thing Halloween, there are lots of lovely goodies in the seasonal catalogue to create home decor, trick or treat treat bags, cards and gifts. Do click the link to check them out, or get in contact.

Whatever you do, have fun.
