This week sees a big Love-a-Duckie anniversary. It is a year ago this week since I launched my Monday afternoon group at Tesco Community Room in Wellingborough. We were the first group to use the room and we have clocked up nearly a 100 hours of crafting since then. Friendships have formed and there has been a lot of laughter, a lot of tea and quite a bit of cake.
But because we were the first group to meet there, it stands to reason that the community room is also celebrating a birthday and it seems only fitting that they should have a love-a-duckie birthday card.
I added some photos of the room to the box card and added lots of balloons and a banner.
